JOIN THE MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS COMMUNITY

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a chronic, debilitating autoimmune disease that affects nearly 1 million patients in the U.S.  In the case of MS, the body's immune system attacks its own tissues, destroying the myelin that protects nerve fibers in the brain and spinal cord.

MS patients experience inflammation in their bodies that leads to the release of cytokines, which are damaging to the central nervous system. Damage to the brain gray matter plays an important role in the progression of MS. People with MS can incorporate lifestyle changes into their treatment plans in order to reduce inflammatory chemicals and reduce the blood-brain-barrier disruption.

Aila Health coaches will work with you to develop a holistic plan to combat fatigue, improve energy levels, and manage MS symptoms.
