JOIN THE IBD COMMUNITY

Nearly 3 in 4 Americans live with digestive issues, and nearly 3 million Americans are living with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) which comprises two autoimmune conditions, Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s disease. Both of these conditions are associated with significant inflammation of the Gastrointestinal tract. The Aila team works with you to identify the root cause of your IBD symptoms and provides a personalized roadmap to better health.

Aila Health coaches will work with you to develop a holistic plan to combat fatigue, reduce chronic pain, improve sleep quality, and manage IBD symptoms.
