An estimated 20 million Americans have some form of thyroid disease, and it is more than 5 times as likely to occur in women compared to men. Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune disease that damages the thyroid, is the most common type of hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism is a condition where the thyroid gland does not produce enough thyroid hormone.  When a person has hypothyroidism, inflammation can cause thyroid hormones to leak into the bloodstream. Chronic inflammation can also interfere with the T4 to T3 hormone conversion.

Aila’s health coaches will work with you to understand your Hashimoto’s triggers so you can regain your health and energy and start living the life you want.
