About The Role
 

The Product Manager will lead the team designing the new care experience for autoimmune patients. You’ll work closely with leaders across Tech, Clinical, Commercial, Operations to build out Aila’s patient and health stakeholder experiences.

 

What you'll bring to the team:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years consulting or business operations experience 

• Engineering experience a plus

• 4+ years product management experience 

• Experience with hypothesis-driven product development and A/B testing

• Ability to break down complex tasks into well defined user stories 

• Ability to balance stakeholder needs with business priorities

• Ability to manage schedules and execute to deadlines

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to drive consensus across the team
