Aila Health is an early stage precision health start-up seeking to fundamentally change the way autoimmune diseases are diagnosed and managed. We are seeking a full- stack engineer who can contribute to Aila Health. You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams.

 

Minimum qualifications:

​

• 5+ years of industry experience with proven track record to deliver testable and scalable products/ services.

• Excellent knowledge of computer science

• Extensive experience with full stack web architecture and development, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design

• Project management skills: agile approach, scope of work creation, ability to deliver within deadlines

 

Technical Requirements:

 

• Cloud-based infrastructure experience

• Knowledge of data security standards and database architecture

• DevOps experience

• Strong Front end capabilities

• Experience with iOS, Android development

• Experience with APIs

• Experience with Java, JavaScript, React Native; Node.js, CSS and HTML, SWIFT, MongoDB, AWS

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

• Previous Startup experience

• Agile Development

• Autonomous, proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Passionate about building a company that transforms the healthcare industry

• Strong desire to ‘learn the why’
