About The Role

 

As our Marketing Manager, you will accelerate our growth. Your goal is to take our brand to the next level and create a world-class community and engagement strategy with our patients and other health ecosystem stakeholders. In this role, you will own the marketing positioning, strategy, and messaging. You will wear many hats and own the creation of copy and marketing assets, partnering with other stakeholders to increase reach, and managing ad campaigns.

 

What you'll do:

  • Oversee product marketing strategy and execution

  • Refine and evolve product positioning and messaging

  • Build integrated marketing plans consisting of multi-touch programs including both inbound and outbound tactics

  • Build brand awareness and community engagement by managing social presence across multiple social channels (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)

  • Develop multi-media content with messaging that is highly resonant with our target audiences (Video, Social media posts, Blogs, Podcasts, Newsletters, etc)

  • You may oversee contractors to help further Aila’s marketing activities. 

  • Manage and grow patient ambassador program

  • Synthesize insights from the marketing analytics tools

  • Report on monthly KPI's to track progress in building brand and patient growth

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 5-10 years of marketing experience; healthcare industry experience is a plus.

  • Experience with funnel optimization and nurturing of potential customers to sign up

  • Track record of creating high-quality content that communicates Aila’s brand voice and generate awareness about our offering

  • In-depth understanding of Hubspot and other marketing automation tools

  • Understanding of Google and Facebook Analytics and an ability to make marketing decisions based on data
